I live in New Mexico. There are no businesses in Ribera. It’s a tiny rural village. There is one nonprofit community clinic, two churches and a community center. Any license must have listed the persons home address. What are you talking about?
alright no need to be rude I maybe got the wrong Ribera or mixed up the details the story is covered in Bartholomew, J. (2016) “The Welfare of Nations” Cato Institute, p64 I don't have my copy of the book here in Mexico so I can't check the details maybe you can send them to me and I will make a correction ahead of releasing the book
Huh? I was not rude or intending to be rude. You misinterpreted my post. I was just saying I know the place very well and that what Cato reported does not make sense.
