This definitely isn't for everyone...
...but why has there been a swelling of interest in the benefits of fasting?...
Hey guys I have done tonnes of personal development stuff in my life I kind of see myself as a little laboratory to run things through and then I report on the stuff that actually works for me - which, I have to say, is the minority.
A while ago I put out a podcast called What’s the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself and why is it fasting? and it provoked a lot of curiosity - perhaps more than any of my other shows.
Through experimenting with fasting, I reversed skin conditions that mainstream doctors had no cure for (see pic below). My digestion improved and so did my energy levels. I even improved my eyesight! I am not kidding, when I came back to Scotland and went for a check-up I had to get the lenses of my reading glasses changed because my prescription was too strong. To be honest, I never even use them anymore.
Other people on the retreat treated kidney pains, IBS, hypertension, diabetes, and even cancer.
Check out my podcast to hear more about my experience and have your weird questions answered.
Now here’s a thing that may only interest a small number of you. Some experienced friends and are planning to host a fasting retreat throughout February in Acapulco. If you are interested in trying fasting, please get in touch and let me know so we can interview one another and find out if it’s a suitable match since we will be sharing a house together. During the fast I will hold a seminar each day to answer questions and teach about the logic of detoxification of the body and how it sometimes reverses the disease process as you can see in the picture below:
