My Return from India...

...Here's what I'm up to...

Hi everyone - I’m finally back in Scotland following my trip to India!

I left around November to go to Mexico and had an interesting time exploring and learning a little espanol but I was really beginning to feel the call to go back to India because I went every year for a few years prior to the world going Covid crazy.

I completed pranayma (breathwork) teacher training in India.

I posted some pics on instagram if you want to see them including lots of nice food.

As well as nearly completing this:

While this is off to the printers I mean to revise my eBook Procrastination Annihilation for paperback - been putting it off for years (gedit?) it would be nice to have something people can hold in their hands.

Ovecoming Procrastination

In the spirit of getting into the material I’m also going to be running a Procrastination Annihilation Accountability Group/Coaching Program to help people build better habits and get their projects completed. It will be one meeting a week in four-week block and you can meet people and get an accountability buddy to help you stick to your commitments or do your homework with. I’m going to intro it at $100 a month so anyone interested might as well give it a try.

This program is to helping people overcome the raft of conflicting emotions and pains arising from past relationships, romantic disappointments and breakup trauma. It will help you get clarity in your own mind and come to your own conclusions about how to move forward with your recovery. A very moving group to be a part of.
