Hey everyone! I am in Colorado at the moment after my impromptu “semi-official” book-launch at Music & Sky festival in California where I met some pretty cool pals from the health freedom movement like Amandha Vollmer, Melissa Sell and Mike Winner.

This trip would have been much harder to pull together if not for those who generously subscribed to my Substack ~ I’ve been working on the book for my whole life in some sense, but especially intensely in the last couple of years.
